התגיות משמשות לקטלוג הסרטונים שלך, ובכך עוזרות לגולשים למצוא ולצפות בסרטונים דרך החיפוש ודרך דף התגיות
What are "Tags"?
Tags are search words which describe your video clip.
The tags are used to cataloging your video clips. and in that way helps you to find and view the video clips through the search and the tags page.

באיזה מילים כדאי להשתמש ליצירת תגיות?
לתיאור הסרטון עדיף להשתמש במילות מפתח מדויקות שמתארות את המתרחש בסרטון.  
למשל: אם העלתם סרטון שמציג פספוסים של ילדים באמבטיה, התגיות שכדי להכניס הן: פספוסים, אמבטיה, ילדים, מים, מצחיק, הומור.

- ויחפש סרטון שיש בו פספוסים, הוא יכתוב את המילה פספוסים בחיפוש ובתוצאות יופיע גם הסרטון שלכם.
In which words can I use for creating tags?
For describing the video clip, you must use key words that describe exactly what is happening in the video.
For example, if you uploaded a video clip that performs bloopers of children in the bathroom, you can tag it as Bloopers, Bath, Children, Water, Funny, Humor -And now' when a person will enter Clipz, and search for Bloopers' he will write the word "bloopers" in the search box and your video clip will come up in the search.

I can not hear sound when I watch a clip

First, make sure your loudspeaker are on. Second, check that the sound control on the bottom of the clipz.Third, it is worthy to check that the silencing button is not on.

דרך נוספת היא לאחר כניסה למערכת על ידי שם משתמש וסיסמא ישנה, יש להיכנס לפירטי הפרופיל המופיעים בצד שמאל למעלה בדף ולערוך פרטים

How can I change my password
 You can click on renew password in order to get a new password to your email.
Another way is after you you log in, you can get into My clipz and edit you profile.
